What are the delivery ways?
Generally speaking, there are 2 ways for delivery:
1.Express mail (EMS/UPS/DHL/FedEx)
Express mail is totally air transport. We provide free express shipping for most of the world.If you choose it, we will track the order for you and give you the notice of its recent status. Usually it will take 3 to 6 business days for the package to reach North America and 4 to 9 business days to reach South America. High quality product will be suggested to choose this delivery method.
2. Air parcel
If your country is too far from China, it will be free by air parcel. Usually these packages are transported by air first and then by land, so it will be a little bit slow. In most cases it will take 10 business days to reach North America, 10 to 15 business days to reach Europe, and 9 to 12 business days to reach Australia.
Will there be any taxes/customs duties?
Usually there aren’t any taxes or duties. Nevertheless, some countries may have special policies for imported packages. If it is so, please understand that cost of this type will not be paid by Manobags.com.
What is a business day?
Business day means the day we work; weekend or holidays are not included.
What countries can be reached?
Air post parcels could send the package to almost 200 countries in the world. Express mail maybe a little limited, but there won’t be any problem within our main trading countries such as America, Canada, England, Australia, and so on. Please contact us for regional details.
How long will the delivery take?
Usually your package will be shipped out within 24 hours after your payment, and within 7 to 15 business days you can get it.
If you’ve chosen Express mail, it may only take 4 to 7 business days. The package would be delivered once after it arrives at the local post office. If it cannot be delivered successfully, the post man would leave a notice to you and takes the package to the post office for redelivery. Please contact the post office as soon as possible to fetch your package or arrange redelivery when received a notice. If you didn’t fetch it in time(more than a week), the package would be sent back to us.
